Because energy can transcend time and space, Reiki can be shared with anyone, anywhere. Distance Reiki follows the same process and has the same benefits as in-person Reiki, but is conveniently done over the phone or Zoom.

What to expect at a session:
• Introduction and optional discussion of any areas of concern or focus
• Relax with a guided meditation
• Rest comfortably in your own space while receiving Reiki energy
• Reflection, integration, and optional discussion
• Conclusion

*Energy Report Session Option:
With a distance session, you may choose to receive Reiki as you go about your day. Before the session, you may submit questions or request areas of focus for healing. If you choose this style, Diana will send Reiki at the allotted time without a phone call or Zoom connection.
