RELEASE: An Autumn Retreat

Join us for Release, an autumn retreat at The Stone Barn in Nelson, Wisconsin.

As the trees shed their leaves, we too are invited to let go of what no longer serves us. This season of transition calls us inward—to reflect, release, and realign with what truly matters.

Spend a nourishing afternoon immersed in nature and community. We’ll move through gentle yoga, experience a reiki meditation and sound bath, enjoy a comforting pizza buffet, walk the land, create a seasonal craft, and gather around a warm bonfire. Each activity is designed to help you ground, reflect, and release.

This is more than just a retreat—it’s a seasonal reset. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more rooted in your intentions, with the energy to carry forward only what you truly wish to keep.

Release what’s weighing you down. Root into the season, reconnect with your body, and make space for what truly supports you.
